13.0 IN THE RARE EVENT THAT THERE IS HIDDEN DAMAGE THAT ISN'T SEEN UNTIL AFTER THE DRIVER LEAVES; PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY TO REPORT IT. MOST DELIVERY COMPANIES HAVE A 48 HOUR WINDOW TO REPORT HIDDEN DAMAGE, SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE FOLLOW THEIR GUIDELINES.
14.0 ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM MADE FOR YOU. CANCELATIONS WILL ONLY "BE ACCEPTED" WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS AFTER PLACING ORDER


15.0 SHORE-CREST LEATHER COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ATTEMPT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND FREIGHT DAMAGE AT OUR DISCRETION. WE WILL ACCEPT FURNITURE WITH HIDDEN DAMAGE WITH PROOF OF DAMAGE (I.E., PICTURES, VIDEO, ETC) WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE RECEIVING DATE. ANY AND ALL MANUFACTURING DEFECTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DYE LOT ISSUES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF FURNITURE.


16.0 SHORE-CREST LEATHER COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR OR EXCHANGE DUE TO CONSUMER ABUSE. EXAMPLES OF CONSUMER ABUSE ARE SLICES/INK MARKS/CIGARETTE BURNS/SCRATCHES OR SCUFFS ON PILLOWS AND INNER AREAS.


17.0 ALL FURNITURE IS INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE SHIPMENT, AND HEAVY-DUTY SPECIAL LEATHER FURNITURE PACKAGING IS USED TO PREVENT DAMAGES.


18.0 STANDARD SHIPPING TIME IS 5 WEEKS BUT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO EXTERNAL UNFORESEEN FACTORS SUCH AS CUSTOM STRIKES MATERIAL SHORTAGES, WEATHER, AND OTHER FACTORS. WE WILL DILIGENTLY KEEP YOU INFORMED OF OUR PROGRESS VIA EMAIL, TEXT OR A CALL FROM OUR WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.


19.0 WE USE WATKINS SHEPARD FREIGHT COMPANY THEY ONLY SHIP FURNITURE NOTHING ELSE. A FORKLIFT NEVER TOUCHES YOUR FURNITURE. IT IS HAND LOADED, AND OFF LOADED THIS PROCESS INSURERS NO DAMAGES. ESTIMATED TIME OF SHIPPING AFTER BEING LOADED IS BETWEEN 10-18 DAYS NATIONWIDE


20.0 OUR WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY IS SUBJECT TO REASONABLE AND SAFE ACCESS, LIFTING AND ANY OTHER EXTRAORDINARY MEASURES NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH DELIVERY, ARE AT YOUR RISK AND ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS MUST BE PAID BEFORE DELIVERY.
